Some people decide to apply for partner or spouse visa themselves without an immigration advisor. If you make a mistake and forget to attach one of the mandatory documents or fail to prove that the marriage is genuine you could fail your visa application.
Our company also provide property inspection reports for UK family and spouse visas. The Home Office requires these reports to assess the adequacy of the accommodation where you will be living with your partner or children in terms of its fitness for human habitation and whether there are significant hazards present that could make the house unsuitable.
From these inspections, we met over a thousand clients who applied for family visas on their own or with other firms and learned from individuals who had a refusal in their first applications. We gained valuable information from these clients and learned the common mistakes and reasons for refusal in spouse visa applications. It is always best to get your visa the first time in order not to waste your time and your money.
